Youngest daughter of the Chaney family, Elizabeth Lunsford with the help of her husband and family began J.R. Chaney Bottling Co., the processing and manufacturing arm of the Chaney family of brands.

Named after James Riley Chaney, founder of Chaney Farm, it was his dream to see his milk one day sold in stores. It was only appropriate to name this business after him.
